Many of us are noticing an increase in anxiety as we navigate the many uncertainties of pandemic life. My colleague, Michael Lesher M.Ed., LPC and I recently had a conversation about our favorite ways to cope with anxiety. I love talking with fellow anxiety therapists because we always learn a few new ways to look at things from each other!
