Many of us are noticing an increase in anxiety as we navigate the many uncertainties of pandemic life.  My colleague, Michael Lesher M.Ed., LPC and I recently had a conversation about our favorite ways to cope with anxiety.  I love talking with fellow anxiety therapists because we always learn a few new ways to look at things from each other!  We touch on how we can cope better when anxiety strikes, whether it’s triggered by something important to us, like public speaking, or something scary like the potential of getting sick with coronavirus.  Check out our video below, I hope you find something helpful in it!
